The California State Fair is now accepting donation requests for the 2019 State Fair, July 12th – July 28th. A limited number of donations will be available and requests are processed on a first come first served basis. Click HERE to fill out the request form.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we can only support recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations within California.
In order to be considered, requests must be received a minimum of six weeks prior to the event and limited to one per calendar year. After the form has been submitted electronically, we will contact you only if we are able to process your request.
Donations consist of a California State Fair Fun Pack (4 GA Tickets, Parking, 4 Ride or Monorail Tickets) and available memorabilia for events that have raffles or auctions.
We do not mail donations, if approved, your organization will need to pick up the package at the Cal Expo Administration Building during business hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
