Visit the Save Mart Wine Garden each day of the Fair to try various award winners from the California State Fair’s Commercial Wine Competition and sample California wines featured by our Winery of the Day partners, while also learning more about the wine-making process. Since California has a wide range of terroir, it makes it the perfect place to grow nearly every kind of grape. In fact, you’ll find more than 100 varieties across the state, giving our winemakers the latitude to create complex varietals and unique, expressive blends that encompass the flavors of the Golden State!
